How to play
- Open the game in the Loopit app feed and wait for the surgery table to load.
- The first prompt is Make the Incision. A dashed vertical guide shows exactly where the cut should go.
- Hold the scalpel and drag slowly down the guide line. Keep the blade centered; drifting far away from the dashed line wastes the attempt.
- After the cut is long enough, the prompt changes to Suture the Wound and a needle appears near the top of the incision.
- Use the needle to cross the red cut left and right, working downward in a zigzag pattern.
- Finish by crossing the bottom of the red line and landing near the lower end of the wound. The verified success result is Procedure Complete with Patient Healed.
Controls
- Use one slow drag for the incision instead of quick taps.
- For the scalpel stage, start near the blade and move almost straight down the dashed line.
- For the suture stage, drag the needle across the red wound, alternating left and right as you move downward.
- If the white stitch appears but the prompt stays on screen, keep stitching lower; the game may not complete until the bottom of the wound is covered.
- Avoid lifting too often during the suture path, because disconnected short strokes can leave uncovered gaps.
Strategy tips
- Treat the dashed incision guide like a rail. A slow centered drag is more reliable than a fast swipe.
- Do not stop the scalpel in the middle of the wound. Continue until the red cut reaches close to the bottom of the exposed area.
- When suturing, start from the upper part of the cut and make wide enough crosses that the thread visibly spans both sides of the red line.
- The most important finish is the lower end of the wound. In our recorded run, the game did not complete until a final stitch crossed the bottom segment.
- If you see a long white zigzag but no success message, look for any untouched red section near the bottom and drag the needle through that section.
- The success overlay says Patient Healed, with a Next Patient button.
Common mistakes
- Trying to tap the scalpel instead of dragging it.
- Cutting beside the dashed guide, which leaves the incision stage incomplete.
- Making only a few stitches near the top and expecting the red line to close.
- Drawing decorative zigzags away from the wound instead of crossing the red cut.
- Stopping before the stitch reaches the bottom endpoint.

Loopit Surgery FAQ
How do you make the incision in Loopit Surgery?
Hold the scalpel and drag it slowly down the dashed vertical guide. The goal is a straight cut through the center of the marked line.
How do you suture the wound?
Use the needle to draw a zigzag that crosses the red wound from left to right while moving downward. Keep going until the stitch reaches the bottom of the cut.
Why is the surgery not completing?
Most likely the bottom of the wound is not stitched yet. In our test, the success overlay appeared only after a final stitch crossed the lower end of the red line.
What does the success screen say?
The game shows Procedure Complete and a Patient Healed card with a Next Patient button.
Is this a timing game?
No. It is mostly a precision dragging game. Slow controlled movement worked better than fast swipes in our recording.
