Track builder guide

Rollercoaster Builder guide

Rollercoaster Builder lets players place track pieces, then press RIDE to test the route. Our replay verified the builder toolbar and ride controls rather than a fixed clear condition.

How to play

  • Use the bottom track buttons to add Flat, Long, Bump, Wave, Climb, Drop, Loop, and other pieces.
  • Undo removes the last piece; Clear resets the track.
  • Press RIDE after building a safe path.
  • Our replay verified the builder and ride toolbar; no fixed completion screen appeared.

Controls

  • Tap a track piece to place it.
  • Use Undo before the track gets too tangled.
  • Use RIDE only after the path has enough support and a clear route.

Strategy tips

  • Build short test sections instead of one huge coaster at once.
  • Use gentle climbs before loops or steep drops.
  • Clear and rebuild if the coaster path overlaps itself in a confusing way.
  • Screenshot your best layout because sandbox progress may not have a final score.

Common mistakes

  • Starting with loops before testing basic track flow.
  • Ignoring Undo and letting the path become unreadable.
  • Expecting a level-clear overlay from a sandbox builder.
