Crowd runner guide

Loopit Just Like the Ads guide

This Loopit playable is an ad-style crowd runner: one blue troop starts at the bottom of the lane, green gates multiply or add troops, red gates remove troops, and the zombie count climbs quickly as the run continues.

Play on Loopit
Loopit Just Like the Ads starting run with one blue troop, two zombies, and red minus gates ahead.

How to play

  • Open the game in the Loopit app feed and tap Try Again if the result overlay is already visible.
  • The top counter shows Zombies on the left and Troops on the right. You need enough troops to keep shooting the red zombie blocks before the lane overwhelms you.
  • Drag horizontally near the blue troop group. The game reads left-right movement, not taps on the gates.
  • Green gates help you: + numbers add troops and x numbers multiply the current troop count.
  • Red gates hurt you: negative numbers remove troops and can erase an early run quickly.
  • The run keeps scaling: after the early +16 and x2 gates, later screens can jump into hundreds of troops and thousands of zombies.

Controls

  • Tap Try Again to restart from the result overlay.
  • Hold near the lower part of the game area and drag left or right to steer the blue troop group.
  • Use small horizontal corrections instead of sharp zigzags, because lifting your finger can leave the group drifting into a bad gate.
  • Keep your eyes on the next two gate rows, not only the closest obstacle.

Strategy tips

  • For the opening, stay close to the middle lane first. The first red -11 gates leave a narrow safe gap, and moving left too early can shave off troops.
  • When you are starting with only one troop, a large add gate such as +16 is better than an early x2, because x2 only turns 1 into 2.
  • After you have a real crowd, prioritize multipliers. In our best test route, staying center first and then moving left reached about 500 troops before the zombie counter passed 3,000.
  • If both sides are green, choose the larger long-term value: x2 or x3 usually beats a small +6 once you already have hundreds of troops.
  • Avoid red gates even when they look small. A -13 gate is minor at 500 troops, but taking several red gates in a row makes the next zombie wave unwinnable.
  • Do not trust the middle lane after the opener. Idle play produced a quick Swarm Destroyed result with Troops 0.

Common mistakes

  • Standing still after pressing Try Again.
  • Dragging too early into the first red gate instead of using the center gap.
  • Choosing x2 at the very start when a large + gate is available.
  • Following a green gate without checking the next row, then drifting directly into a red gate.
  • Assuming the run has a guaranteed win screen. In our app playthrough, the useful goal was surviving longer and raising the final score.

Loopit Just Like the Ads FAQ

How do you control Loopit Just Like the Ads?

Hold and drag left or right near the bottom of the game area. Tapping gates is not enough; the blue troop group follows horizontal drag movement.

What is the best first move?

Stay near the middle long enough to avoid the first red -11 gates, then steer into the large green add gate. With only one troop, a big + gate is usually better than x2.

Are green x gates or green plus gates better?

Plus gates are better when your troop count is tiny. Multipliers become better once you already have a larger crowd.

Why do I keep getting Swarm Destroyed?

You are either standing still, hitting red gates, or missing too many multiplier gates. The zombie count grows faster than your troops unless you chain green gates.

Is there a confirmed win route?

We did not verify a guaranteed win screen. The reliable advice from testing is to maximize score and survival by avoiding red gates and chaining green add or multiplier gates.
